YogaVidya takes elements from.

Iyengar - static form with precise body alignment

Astanga - dynamic form moving with the breath 

The session ends with 10 minutes of mindfulness.

 

YogaVidya gives beginners a strong grounding in body alignment and builds strength.

 

Carolyn has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has a British Wheel of Yoga teaching certificate. She also has a PhD in cell biology so expect a strong focus on yoga physiology
