Covid 19: advice for home workers

If you are working remotely in a home office, here are some tips to keep your back, shoulders and neck healthy.

  • Set up your work area at the correct height
  • Use a keyboard and mouse with your laptop
  • Stop work, stand and move every 45mins
  • Stretch and move the upper back and neck
